Life has a way of throwing twists and turns our way, and sometimes, we all need a little extra support to navigate the challenges that come with it. As a counselor, I believe in creating a space where healing happens, where past and present struggles can be faced with honesty, and where growth becomes possible.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my kids, tending to my horses, wrangling my Boxer pups, or soaking in the peace that nature brings on my "funny farm." These moments remind me of the importance of connection—both with others and with ourselves.

My approach to counseling is rooted in open communication and gentle guidance. I help clients develop the skills they need to achieve their personal and life goals, improve relationships, and gain confidence in who they are. I believe that everyone already has the strength inside them to overcome life’s challenges—I’m just here to help them find it
